Practical technical support to keep your venue working. THAT Event Company helps venues across Oxford and Oxfordshire look after their existing audio-visual equipment and plan improvements. We install projectors, screens and small, discreet speakers for museums and public spaces, with attention to how the equipment fits the room and is used day to day.
Our full-time team of 15 already looks after maintenance in several of Oxford’s most iconic spaces. We understand the care, coordination and practical thinking needed in busy venues, where appearance and disruption matter as much as performance.

We hold thousands of spare components on the shelf to support installations and maintenance, giving us practical options without ordering every small replacement individually. When manufacturer delivery lead times delay repairs or replacements, we help explore temporary solutions. Discounted equipment hire can support your venue while damaged or broken gear is out of service, subject to suitable stock and availability.
